It's OCTOBER! Yay! My favourite month of the year! No real idea why, I just love it.
It's Dad's brithday this weekend so I'm going down there on Friday to make him a cake and then we're going to the cinema on Saturday. It will be nice to see the folks :)
In other news, a friend on my Facebook feed has been talking about Mooncups again and it's making me think about the possibility of trying one. Anyone reading use one and care to give me their views on it?

Got one, never got the hang of it, flung it into a drawer. They're much bigger than I expected. But they're such a marvellous invention that I might try again.
Miss Foxxy, yeah, they do look rather large, although I know they do two sizes (one for before giving birth, one for after!!) so maybe you got the wrong one? ;)
I checked and it was the right one! I dread to think what the larger one is like.
Yikes :P I guess we're so used to tampons being so small!
Mooncups and their ilk = EVIL.
Remind me to tell you privately some time about the one that formed a vacuum around the cervix and took an hour and a pair of artery forceps to remove....
